Axel Toth is a self taught illustrator based in Brighton, United Kingdom. Inspired by literature, history, music and video games, he likes to explore darker and occult themes in his artwork. From a young age he was interested in drawing and making comics, but only started pursuing this dream starting from 2015, when the alias ‘Urban Knight’ was born.
His favourite medium to work with is black ink, with an abundance of details, often including skeletal and anatomical elements and supernatural beings.
From a very young age he’s been drawn to stories that question the human nature and explore the deepest often most disturbing parts of humanity. Currently he’s working on an illustrated novel exploring these themes, titled ‘Terms and Conditions’.
